About working with Gravmo
What does Gravmo do?
Gravmo is a digital marketing, e-commerce growth, influencer marketing and public relations agency. We help Indian businesses get more enquiries and sales through SEO, paid ads, marketplaces, creators and media.
Do you work with businesses outside the big cities?
Yes. We work remotely with businesses across India, including tier-2 and tier-3 cities, and plan campaigns in regional languages where that suits the audience.
Do you guarantee results?
We do not guarantee rankings, coverage or exact sales, because platforms, editors and markets decide those. We do commit to clear targets, transparent reporting and steady optimisation.
How do I get started?
Share your goals through the proposal form, WhatsApp or a call. We review your current marketing and suggest a practical plan and budget range.
Will I own my ad accounts and data?
Yes. Accounts, analytics and content stay in your name, and you can remove our access at any time.
Digital Marketing Agency questions
How long does digital marketing take to show results?
Paid search and social campaigns can generate enquiries within the first few weeks once tracking and creatives are in place. SEO usually needs three to six months to show meaningful organic growth, depending on competition and the current state of your website.
What budget do I need for digital marketing?
It depends on your goals, location and industry competition. We recommend a separate media budget (paid directly to Google or Meta) and a management fee. During discovery we share a budget range based on your cost-per-lead targets rather than a fixed package.
Do you guarantee first-page rankings or a fixed number of leads?
No. Nobody controls Google's rankings or ad auctions, so guarantees are not honest. We commit to transparent work, clear targets, and weekly optimisation towards those targets.
Will I own my ad accounts and data?
Yes. Ad accounts, analytics properties, Google Business Profile and website assets stay in your name. We work with access you grant and you can remove it at any time.
Can you work with my in-house team?
Yes. Many clients keep content or sales in-house and use Gravmo for strategy, paid media and SEO. We agree responsibilities at the start so nothing falls between teams.
Do you create content in regional languages?
Yes. We plan campaigns in English, Hindi and major regional languages, and work with native-language writers and creators when the audience requires it.
E-commerce Marketing Agency questions
Which marketplaces do you work on?
Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, JioMart, Myntra, Nykaa, AJIO and quick-commerce platforms such as Blinkit, Zepto and Swiggy Instamart, along with Shopify and WooCommerce stores. Platform programmes change often, so we confirm current eligibility for your category during onboarding.
Can you set up a new seller account?
Yes. We help with seller registration, GST and category documentation, brand registry where applicable, and the first catalogue upload. Final approvals are decided by each marketplace.
How do you measure marketplace advertising?
We track ACoS (ad spend divided by ad sales) and TACoS (ad spend divided by total sales), plus organic rank movement. A falling TACoS usually means ads are helping organic sales grow.
Do you help with D2C websites as well as marketplaces?
Yes. We build and optimise Shopify and WooCommerce stores, run Meta and Google ads, and set up email and WhatsApp flows for repeat purchases.
How do you handle high return rates?
We review return reasons, then fix sizing charts, images, product descriptions and targeting. Reducing returns often improves profit more than increasing traffic.
Can you prepare us for festive sales?
Yes. We plan stock, pricing, deal submissions, creatives and ad budgets four to eight weeks before major sale events.
Influencer Marketing Agency questions
How do you choose influencers for my brand?
We start from your target audience, then look for creators whose followers match that audience by location, language, age and interests. We review engagement quality, past brand collaborations and content tone before recommending anyone.
Are nano and micro influencers worth it?
Often, yes. Smaller creators usually have closer relationships with their audience and lower fees, which suits local businesses, regional launches and product sampling. Larger creators are better for fast reach.
Do influencers need to disclose paid partnerships?
Yes. ASCI guidelines and the consumer affairs department's endorsement guidelines require clear disclosure labels such as #ad, #collab or #sponsored, placed prominently. We include disclosure rules in every brief.
Who owns the content created by influencers?
That depends on the contract. We negotiate usage rights up front, including whether you can reuse the content in ads, on your website or on marketplaces, and for how long.
How do you measure influencer campaign ROI?
We use unique links, UTM tags, discount codes, partnership ad data and brand search trends. For awareness campaigns we report reach, views, engagement and audience sentiment.
Can you run campaigns with regional-language creators?
Yes. Regional creators are often the most effective way to reach audiences outside the metros, and we work with creators across major Indian languages.
PR Agency questions
Can you guarantee media coverage?
No ethical PR agency can guarantee editorial coverage, because journalists and editors decide what to publish. We improve your chances with strong angles, relevant targeting and well-prepared spokespeople. Paid or sponsored placements are always labelled as such.
What is the difference between PR and advertising?
Advertising is paid space you control. PR earns attention through media coverage, expert commentary, events and community relationships, which audiences often trust more.
How long before we see PR results?
Press release distribution and launch coverage can happen within weeks. Building a consistent media presence and founder profile usually takes three to six months of steady work.
Do you handle crisis communication?
Yes. We help prepare holding statements, spokesperson guidance and response plans, and we monitor coverage and social conversation during an issue.
Can you remove negative reviews or articles?
We do not remove legitimate reviews or coverage. We help you respond professionally, correct factual errors through proper channels, flag content that violates platform policies, and build positive, accurate content.
Do you work with regional media?
Yes. Regional-language newspapers, TV and digital outlets are important in many markets, and we plan outreach in relevant languages.
